DANCE TIP:
Hey guys, here's a quick tip. Make sure when you do pirouettes, that you always spot something to keep you from getting dizzy! (we have all had those times when the room is spinning!) GOOD LUCK AND STAY STRONG!

Went pointe shoe shopping this week! I love the look of new pointe shoes. They're just so pretty before you destroy them! Tip: Make sure your teacher checks your pointe shoes before you sew your ribbons and elastic on! You just want to make sure they're right!

IDEAS AND THOUGHTS: 

Here's an idea, after your pointe shoes have died or have gotten too small, you can dye, sparkle and design them for a whole new look!

Here's our first tip: Always Stretch Out! We love to stretch... or we just do it because we have to! Anyway, we try to stretch whenever we can to help keep us nice and flexible! So, we want to suggest to you to stretch when your mind is doing something, but your body isn't. If that just really confused you, what I mean is you should stretch while you are doing things like watching TV, texting, or studying. Instead of sitting on the couch, use your time wiser by sitting in the splits and watching TV at the same time. It's a much better use of your time, and your dance teachers and you will soon notice a big difference in your extensions.
