Here's our first tip: Always Stretch Out! We love to stretch... or we just do it because we have to! Anyway, we try to stretch whenever we can to help keep us nice and flexible! So, we want to suggest to you to stretch when your mind is doing something, but your body isn't. If that just really confused you, what I mean is you should stretch while you are doing things like watching TV, texting, or studying. Instead of sitting on the couch, use your time wiser by sitting in the splits and watching TV at the same time. It's a much better use of your time, and your dance teachers and you will soon notice a big difference in your extensions.
